At Essenzo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest quality standards. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 7-day Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy allows you to shop with confidence.

1. Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Exchange

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Products that are leaked, damaged, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for the same product or another fragrance of your choice (subject to stock availability).

  • The item must meet the same eligibility criteria mentioned above.

3. Courier & Shipping Charges

  • Return, refund, or exchange courier charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
